Breathwork Workshop

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body of stress and emotional energy. It leaves you feeling relaxed, peaceful, with a greater sense of clarity around your life.

During breathwork you will lie on your back and breathe in a circular, rhythmic pattern for thirty minutes. You will then transition to a place of deep relaxation and meditation. You will be supported throughout the process with specific coaching, essential oils, music, and personal attention.

Please bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and refrain from eating a heavy meal before coming to the class. For more information you can visit my website: www.marniehorton.com.

*Breathwork is completely natural and safe for most people. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures or aneurysms, have any cardiovascular issues, or any medical or physical condition which would impair your ability to lie on your back and breathe deeply for a sustained period.

This empowering series encourages you to build a foundation for well-being, find comfort in movement, embrace the power of breath, and trust your ability to nurture and support your healing journey.

Join us in exploring the tangible elements of self-compassion, resilience, and embodied well-being within a warm and supportive environment.

Fee: $35 per session or $175 for 6 weeks.
