Practitioners
Christine Sharp
Christine is a dynamic movement therapist offering embodied mind-spirit-led appointments detailed to each individual.
While the general movement may be similar from session to session the body will show different sensations, feelings, and tension based on the individual's current life affairs.
Not every technique works the same for everyone and modifications are created in process.
The general goal during a session is to move all joints, work the soft tissue to release any hitches in movement, and notice what shows up along the way.

Bailey Freund
As a Certified Medical Massage Therapist recognized by the NCBA, trained at Blue Heron Academy, I aim to merge the therapeutic advantages of relaxation and medical massage to address specific areas of tension and foster overall relaxation. Whether you desire relief from muscle tension or a revitalizing escape, I am devoted to providing a serene and transformative encounter. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to massage, and as such every massage is tailored to each client and their needs at that time.
