Practitioners

Christine Sharp

Christine is a dynamic movement therapist offering embodied mind-spirit-led appointments detailed to each individual.

While the general movement may be similar from session to session the body will show different sensations, feelings, and tension based on the individual's current life affairs.

Not every technique works the same for everyone and modifications are created in process.

The general goal during a session is to move all joints,  work the soft tissue to release any hitches in movement, and notice what shows up along the way.

Micheala Hekkema

My practice as a licensed massage therapist began May 2019. This certification was achieved through The Institute of Sanative Arts located in Grand Rapids. The school’s curriculum provided further experience with continuing education in the following:

- Cupping
- Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)
- Movement and Stretching

I am also attuned to Reiki 1 & 2 through Jane Donnelly of Grand Haven, Michigan.

Massage is an energetic dance co-created by practitioner and client. It is my greatest responsibility to facilitate an environment that hosts well-being, respect and direct communication. It’s a gift to share with all who value the integrity of what’s expressed above!
