60-minute afternoon class attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the participant.

Gentle Yoga | Thursday 9:00 AM-10:15 AM
This gentle yoga class will help you relieve stress and increase flexibility all while calming the mind and strengthening the body. Linking movement to breath, you will move fluidly in and out of postures while finding a comfortable holding position. Meditation and breath work will deepen your practice. Open to all experience levels.

Sound Healing Meditation| First Sunday of the Month 6:30PM-7:30PM
Experience the relaxing power and soothing frequencies of sound healing. The session will begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into stillness, followed by a crystal bowl sound journey to calm your nervous system and experience ultimate relaxation. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are available to support you, comfy clothing is encouraged.

End your day with a soothing 60-minute Evening Yin Yoga class designed to help you shed the day’s stress, reconnect with your body, release tension and restore balance. This session combines long-held postures that gently stretch and open your connective tissues, with mindful breath work to anchor your awareness in the present moment. This class is welcome to all levels.
