60-minute afternoon class attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the participant.

Gentle  Yoga | Thursday 9:00 AM-10:15 AM | In Studio 

This gentle yoga class will help you relieve stress and increase flexibility all while calming the mind and strengthening the body. Linking movement to breath, you will move fluidly in and out of  postures while finding a comfortable holding position. Meditation and breath work will deepen your practice. Open to all experience levels.

Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation| Wednesday 7:45PM-8:45PM | In Studio 

Come for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath journey. Begin with a slow flow practice followed by relaxing sound bath meditation. Rebalance and deepen your embodiment as you are bathed in the rich and vibrant sounds of crystal singing bowls that permeate your whole being.
