Wake up with Han during this hour long slow flow class. Start your day with intention. This all-levels slow flow class invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and align with your body’s natural rhythm. Through mindful stretches, breath-linked movement, and grounding postures, you’ll wake up the body, calm the mind, and set the tone for the rest of your day. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi, this class meets you right where you are no pressure, just presence. Everyone is welcome.

Rooted Yoga + Sound Bath- 45 minutes of Slow Flow Trauma Informed Yoga with 15 minute Sound Bath Savasana - Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm - COMING SOON

Experience the relaxing power and soothing frequencies of sound healing. The session will begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into stillness, followed by a crystal bowl sound journey to calm your nervous system and experience ultimate relaxation. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are available to support you, comfy clothing is encouraged.
