Chakradance™: The Awakening Series.

Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing and empowerment? Dive into the mystical world of Chakradance™ and awaken your body, mind and soul with our transformative Awakening Series.

 Chakradance™ is a unique form of moving meditation that combines spontaneous dance, guided imagery and music to activate and balance the body's energy centers, known as Chakras. Through this powerful and life changing practice you can release blockages, unlock your creativity and reconnect with your true essence. 

Participating in a Chakradance™ class can also help you become more in-tuned with your energy system, empowering you to activate your own inner healer and experience more freedom in everyday life.

What to expect in the Awakening Series: 

7 Sessions: Each week dive deep into each of the 7 chakras trough a series of guided dance, meditation and mandala work

Healing Energy: Experience the healing power of movement, music and self-exploration.

Self-Discovery: Uncover hidden aspects of yourself and tap into your inner wisdom.

Community Support: Connect with likeminded individuals on a journey of personal growth and transformation. 

No previous dance experience required. This is a meditative movement experience rather than a dance class. There is no formal instruction. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

Classes begin on Wednesday, September the 11th. All Classes will begin at 7:00 pm and be completed by 9 pm

September 25th: Solar Plexus
October 2nd: Heart Chakra 
October 9th: Throat Chakra
October 16th: Third Eye Chakra
