Sacred Rhythms Fellowship - With Jeni Juarez

Dec 8th

6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Gather + Ground: Honoring the Wheel of the Year

As we approach the darkest time of the year in the northern hemisphere, we’re invited to reflect upon, digest, and integrate our experiences from the last six months. Join me for a community gathering that honors the natural rhythms of life: birth, growth, release, and renewal. Through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll explore how to steady ourselves during times of change and reconnect with the deeper cycles that hold us. This is a beginner-friendly, full-spectrum workshop — an evening to celebrate, grieve, dream, and remember your place within the web of life. Each gathering has a seasonally relevant theme with plenty of space for authentic conversation and healing connection. Come gather with like-minded community to slow down, breathe, and recharge.

What I offer is a safe, affirming space in which we can:

  • Take intentional time away from our typical days to slow down and practice self-care
  • Learn and practice different forms of meditation, gentle yoga, and breathwork (pranayama) to help us feel grounded and embodied.
  • Listen to a wisdom teaching based on the current time of year and contemplate/discuss how it might resonate with us and support us in our everyday lives.
  • Cultivate a community of support rooted in compassion, integrity, authenticity, and depth.
  • Re-attune to the sacred rhythm of life so we have the faith and courage to *allow* life's natural flow instead of fighting it, and to discern how to move with that flow wiselyI can’t wait to see and share space with you!
