Restore & Rebalance Yoga | Thursday 9:00 - 10:15 AM 

This restore and rebalance class will help you relieve stress and increase flexibility all while calming the mind and strengthening the body. Linking movement to breath, you will move fluidly in and out of postures while finding a comfortable holding position. Meditation and breath work will deepen
your practice. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a nurturing space to unwind, reconnect, and find your inner calm.

Sound Healing Meditation| First Sunday of the Month 6:30 - 7:30 PM 

Experience the relaxing power and soothing frequencies of sound healing. The session will begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into stillness, followed by a crystal bowl sound journey to calm your nervous system and experience ultimate relaxation. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are available to support you, comfy clothing is encouraged.

specializes in  mindfulness, stress management, emotional well-being through seamlessly blending somatic movement with guided

stress, fostering a deeper connection within our bodies, regulating
your nervous system and enhancing comprehension of the inner
workings of the mind.
