Christine Sharp

Christine is a dynamic movement therapist offering embodied mind-spirit-led appointments detailed to each individual.

While the general movement may be similar from session to session the body will show different sensations, feelings, and tension based on the individual's current life affairs.

Not every technique works the same for everyone and modifications are created in process.

The general goal during a session is to move all joints,  work the soft tissue to release any hitches in movement, and notice what shows up along the way.

Hannah Elicegui

You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re exhausted: mentally, emotionally, physically from carrying too much for too long.

You’ve been holding your breath through life, and it’s catching up with you. Mindfulness, meditation, and yoga aren’t trends or luxuries.
They’re survival tools for women who are trying to hold it all together in a world that keeps asking for more.

This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about getting quiet enough to hear the one you already are underneath the noise, the fear, and the pressure.
