60-minute afternoon class attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the participant.





Katie Jeffers

Morning Vinyasa | Tues & Fri 9:30am - 10:30am 

Katie is a mother to two wild souls, a mindful movement artist, and cozy textiles enthusiast.  As a 200hr certified yoga teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist in-training, she is devoted to nurturing the whole human with a sanctuary for energetic renewal.  Katie is passionate about supporting others to find easeful wellbeing while moving with intention, creating with heart and elevating everyday rituals.  Her practice celebrates the magick of creative living—on and off the yoga mat. If you’re ready to prioritize play, weave creativity into your daily life, and awaken your inner wholeness, you’ll feel right at home with Katie.

Restore & Rebalance Yoga | Thursday 9:00 - 10:15 AM 

This restore and rebalance class will help you relieve stress and increase flexibility all while calming the mind and strengthening the body. Linking movement to breath, you will move fluidly in and out of postures while finding a comfortable holding position. Meditation and breath work will deepen
your practice. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a nurturing space to unwind, reconnect, and find your inner calm.
