60-minute afternoon class attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the participant.

Flow and Release is a blend of somatic movement, pranayama (breathwork), and guided meditation designed to realign the body, mind, and soul. This class focuses on releasing physical and emotional blockages through deep, intentional yin poses, allowing energy to flow freely and fostering a sense of clarity and balance. 

Tuning into your breath will help regulate the nervous system and deepen the connection between body and breath, while guided meditation helps cultivate presence and facilitate emotional release. Each session ends with a reflection component, offering space for journaling or quiet introspection to process and integrate your experience fully, leaving you grounded, clear, and renewed.

Sound Healing Meditation| First Sunday of the Month 6:30PM-7:30PM

Experience the relaxing power and soothing frequencies of sound healing. The session will begin with guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into stillness, followed by a crystal bowl sound journey to calm your nervous system and experience ultimate relaxation. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are available to support you, comfy clothing is encouraged.
