60-minute afternoon class attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the participant.

  • Gentle Stretching to release stress and prepare the body for relaxation.
  • Restorative Yoga Poses supported by props, allowing you to fully relax and rejuvenate.
  • Breathwork Techniques to center your mind and activate your body’s natural relaxation response.

Flow and Release|  Tuesdays 8:00am-9:00am  & Thursdays  5:30-6:30pm 

Flow and Release is a blend of part yoga vinyasa and part restorative and yin postures, allowing the mind and body to reconnect through movement and breath. Each class will end with a guided meditation with a specific intention in mind.

This is an all levels class.
